Job Description

The varied responsibilities for this Insurance Administrator role make it a busy day. Duties are processing Direct Claim Insurance requests, Insurance Forms, monitoring claims through to completion and some credit control. Needless to say, attention to detail is an absolute vital requirement for this role, especially as people and their pets are depending on a prompt and accurate service.

Having a good telephone manner is essential and as is having empathy and patience for our clients. You will build strong relationships with some of our regular clients and offer a personal and caring service.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced English skills both written and spoken. Competence with PC software. Eager to learn new skills. Hardworking. Customer care skills and patience. Would be good to have: Good sense of humor. Passion and enthusiasm.
