What will my Day to Day look like?
Delivering fantastic customer service to ensure customers’ needs are not just met but exceeded through fantastic customer service
Responsible for contacting customers after collection to gain feedback regarding their experience, creating and sending full and final settlement letters. Building a strong rapport and offering a bespoke service to each and every customer dependent on their needs
Arranging payments to franchised dealers, independent garages, tyre specialists for repairs to customer’s vehicles
Liaising with dealers if vehicle needs a repair that isn’t covered by the warranty while assessing customers individual complaint/issue through inbound and outbound calls or written communication
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to have a proven track record of strong customer service and be really passionate about delivering a great service for our customers, this can be from any industry. We want people who are committed to great customer service and show really strong people, communication and organizational skills whilst working and supporting their team with bags of enthusiasm. Education: A-Level or equivalent (Preferred). Experience: customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
