The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year sales experience. Passion, a great work ethic and the ability to work under pressure and meet targets are the main attributes to be successful in this role.

As a negotiator you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. You will also be responsible for:
Registering customers and dealing with enquiries.
Booking sales and lettings market appraisals.
Booking and conducting sales and Lettings viewings.
Booking mortgage appointments.
Negotiating sales and lettings offers.
Progressing sales and lettings applications through to conclusion.
Keeping in regular contact with our sellers and landlords.
