The goal is to provide exceptional administrative support to the Quality Assurance team and excellent customer service to existing and prospective external stakeholders.
The Quality Assurance Administrator must a motivated, hardworking and organized individual who can demonstrate the company team values detailed at the end of this document.
Creating and sending “Centre status updates” on a regular basis covering outstanding actions, qualification and staff approvals, Centre risk rating and financial status.
Answering the telephone and responding to email queries in a timely manner.
Processing learner files, using the company Learner Management System
Conducting data cleanses when required.
Creating purchase orders in conjunction with the finance team.
Producing accurate meeting minutes and distributing in a timely manner.
Collecting feedback from key stakeholders.
Creating, reviewing and updating standard operating procedures in conjunction with the team and wider organization where necessary.
Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
Acknowledging, logging and providing information to management on complaints within the specified timescales.
Managing the quality assurance inbox.
Producing documents and online forms using Microsoft Office packages and online software such as JotForm and Google Forms.
Supporting and participating in internal audits, as part of the self-assessment and quality assurance processes.
Dealing with all customer contact effectively and courteously in order to protect and maintain the reputation of company.
Positively representing us at external meetings, events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Demonstrating a high standard and quality of work, encouraging this individually and amongst others.
Providing general administrative support for other departments when necessary.
Carrying out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the Quality Assurance Team Manager or members of the Senior Management Team.
