We are seeking inspiring and dedicated individuals, for the position of 'Cover Sports Coach', to join our growing and friendly team. You will be supporting our team with cover, assistance and/or leading sessions individually.

Hours

This is a 0 hour contract, and to begin with, you will be supporting our coaching team with cover of absence, sickness and annual leave, however, you will receive weekly hours.

In return, you will receive a training programme to learn on the job, and first refusal of salaried positions before job advertised externally.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You must have experience working with children, and/or a Level 1 in a chosen sport, or another relevant recognized qualification as a minimum requirement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with our customers, with a commitment to continually improve the customer experience. Access to your own transport is essential for the delivery of this role. Previous experience in a similar role. Experience teaching young children. Ability to work with others and be part of an effective team to achieve programme’s objectives. Previous experience in a sports coaching environment. This post is subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS clearance.
