Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and checking customer records and files using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Transcription of dictation using digital dictation system Olympus
Managing dates and appointments through software tools such as DM for Courts and reminder systems
Drafting legal forms
Providing excellent service to clients & professionals
Managing business financial inputs/outputs
Invoicing, VAT/Bookkeeping
Working with Scottish Legal Aid Boards accounts system
General administrative duties
Full training will be provided.
