Job Description

You will be responsible for all aspects of the company's financial reporting, supporting the Managing Director with accurate financial data, and will need to have experience in:

• Preparation of detailed management accounts
• Preparation of weekly and monthly payroll
• Annual budgeting and project planning
• Cash flow forecasting
• Expenses and mileage claims
• Raising Purchase Orders
• Updating and analysis of sales figures
• Company weekly and monthly reporting
• Data Control
• Other finance responsibilities as required by the business

Bookkeeping tasks include

• Sales and purchase ledger
• Providing a list of scheduled payments to be made
• Input of payments and reconciling suppliers statements
• Input of bank transactions and petty cash summary
• Input of payroll transactions and reconcile
• Bank reconciliation
• VAT reconciliation
• VAT returns
• HMRC returns
• Month-end, including depreciation, accruals & prepayments
• Aged debtors & creditors
• Payslips
• VAT returns
