Your key duties will involve leading a small team within project finance overseeing several workstreams to ensure all project finance activities are completed efficiently and accurately. This role will involve having ownership of various projects and controlling finances from quoting to ensuring it is billed, you will produce quotes for job, process the customer purchase orders, liaise with the project teams to ensure any variations are captured and ensure project billing is completed within month-end submission. You will prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, project forecasts to report sales and profit margins along with creating project P & L's to monitor sales, resources, cost and margin. You will support the maintenance control of external contractions/suppliers to ensure best market rates are implemented, ensure the company financial controls are followed and use the financial systems to capture projects costs/invoice works. You will be involved in ad-hoc duties and reporting to support the wider business and senior management.
