Job Description

Responsibilities of the Role – Account Manager:

  • Take requests and briefs from clients and ensure these are communicated effectively across the business
  • Manage client deadlines and critical paths to ensure work is completed on time and inline with requirements
  • Liaise with internal design team and ensure creative briefs are detailed and accurate
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with your client

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong client services and account management experience Understanding and experience of packaging or POS design Experience within a digital marketing or ecommerce role would be an advantage Excellent project management and organisational skills Effective communicator, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills Passionate about quality of your work
