Account Manager Role:
- Account management for multiple key accounts
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Generating new business in the form of upsell within accounts
- Supporting business development initiatives aimed at creating new leads for the business
- Professionally present solutions and information to clients and internal senior management
- Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
- Develop sales proposals documents and quotations for projects
- Learn how to effectively demo our software solutions
- Respond to sales inquiries by phone, electronically or in person
- Identify and participate in sales events, show and exhibitions
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and trends
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities - especially managing personal time and productivity
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skill
