What the role entails:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Devise and improvise the Customer Engagement strategy
Manage Customer escalations, bring delivery and customer teams onto the same page, ensure all customer concerns are addressed and track them to closure
Manage Customer expectations and ensure that they are in alignment with internal and external stakeholders

Account Farming and Mining
Selling WHISHWORKS Services and offerings to Customers and internal Client Partners
Meeting quarterly and annual sales targets
Create proposals and SoWs for new work
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
6+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager or Associate Account Manager in Sales of a IT Service based organisation. Proven Sales records with 100% annual target achievement Experience of selling Professional Services / Implementation Services / Project Delivery / Billable T&M based Services. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Solid experience with creating SoWs, proposals and Change Orders Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Good commercial orientation and business sense
