As an Account Manager your role will be to support, revitalise, build excellent client relationship management within business to business and help to nurture, grow, and retain their client base.
Responsibilities
Ownership of a portfolio of new and existing clients, with responsibility for building strong client relationships and ensuring their clients achieve success with the service.
Plan, schedule and oversee key client communication points.
Understand the needs and business objectives and ensure they deliver against them
Onboard new clients (post-sales) deliver best practice client training and ensure strong levels of client satisfaction.
Analyse business data to draw conclusions, optimise their campaigns and make their clients even more successful
Understand then shape their approach to better develop, diversify, and grow client accounts.
