Job Description
The role is a combination of managing existing clients, converting inbound leads to customers and working with Marketing to target new business. Account Managers responsible for setting sales forecasts and creating strategies on how to achieve these. They will be the primary point of contact for clients and will ensure all enquiries are followed up and converted to sales.
It’s a fast-paced environment, where you’ll be managing multiple projects at once - so your strong planning, prioritisation, organisation and time management skills will be put to good use.
Principal ReSPONSIBILITIES:
Generate and drive sales within client accounts
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to convert inbound leads into customers
With support, create a sales strategy to target new business and nurture existing clients
Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts
Effectively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, including cross selling other services provided by Infinity Incorporated
Act as product experts and spot new trends in the industry
Be the primary point of contact for all enquiries, provide quotes and artwork as requested, process orders and deliver end to end care for all accounts in your remit
Manages customer projects from initial brief to delivery
Routinely conduct external meetings with customers
Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, seeing any issues through to resolution.
