The world’s leading and most progressive property, real estate technology companies is seeking a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Manager to enable and drive their continued growth. We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record of owning, maintaining, and adding strategic value to an organization’s Salesforce CRM application..
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for automating critical business processes on the Salesforce platform, playing a business-facing role combining technical responsibilities and traditional consulting elements.
The Salesforce Administrator will interface with various global business leaders responsible for core business functions (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Operations) and will take the time to understand what the business is trying to accomplish, why, and only afterward, leverage technology (e.g. Salesforce) to customize a solution that enables those changes.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
The Salesforce Administrator will:
Primary point of contact for all Salesforce requests, maintaining all aspects of the strategic, scheduled, and ad-hoc initiatives
Manage internal stakeholder expectations and maintain communication throughout the course of projects
Coordinate, collaborate, and provide oversight to Salesforce Premier Support and 3rd Party System Integrators (SI)
Own the data integrity of our Salesforce platform to ensure reporting tools (e.g. dashboards) deliver a precise and accurate representation of the company KPIs
Configuration and customization of Salesforce including custom fields, page layouts, maintaining and creating reports and dashboards, validation rules
Manage and/or perform technical maintenance (i.e. patches, certifications) and application performance across the platform
Essential Skills & Experience
The Salesforce Administrator will have:
First and foremost, a passion for Salesforce and helping organizations succeed
Minimum three years’ experience in Salesforce Lightning administration
Minimum of Salesforce (dot)com Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform App Builder certifications desirable.
Experience with Salesforce Campaigns, Workflows, Process Builders and Email Templates
Understanding of Salesforce integrations both within Salesforce and for external applications (i.e. Salesforce Inbox for G mail)
Excellent verbal and written communication, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to challenge the status quo with professionalism and respect for the individual
Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously, effective time management, and the ability to make judgments that are in the best interest of the Company
