I am recruiting for an Account Manager on an immediate start basis. You will be joining a team of 5 Account Managers in a team of around 50 staff members across 2 sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales/ account management/ customer service experience looking to grow with an expanding company!

Your responsibilities

• Managing 50/60 accounts, daily running of each one
• Dealing with all customer queries that come in from these accounts
• Build relationships with existing and new accounts
• Upload new products and features to the website Managing deal/contract negotiations
• Grow your own portfolio of clients
• Successful at time management and prioritising your workload
• Sourcing new and exciting products to feature on the platform
• Increase client profitability

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

At least 12 months experience as an Account Manager/ Account Executive Telephone based sales/ customer service experience Experience in managing an effective pipeline and closing deals quickly Able to build effective relationships with key decision-makers Able to work effectively within a team Resilient, positive and friendly Hunger to want to progress within a thriving business looking to grow
