The new project we are working on helps young people between 18-24 who have been out of work get themselves back into employment via a UK Government backed scheme.
The role itself will involve and not be limited to the following tasks:
Telephone calls with all participants of the scheme. This will include a call when a participant starts a new role and then fortnightly calls to catch up on how they’re finding their new role and their progress on their training courses
Booking in calls and following up on these whilst logging all details in our CRM system
Being a point of contact for all candidates on the scheme
Sending candidates mock interviews and providing feedback on these interviews
Assisting candidates by helping them to transfer all their new skills, work experience into tangible skills and experience for their CV
Re-writing candidates CV’s
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Possess excellent verbal and written English Highly organised and good at following direction Confident and comfortable being on the telephone speaking directly with your candidates Previous experience and knowledge of a CRM system is desirable If you have had experience working in recruitment before this would be advantageous
