A well-established independent firm of accountants in North Surrey are looking for a Trainee/Semi-Senior Accountant to join their accounts/audit team.

The ideal candidate will be qualified or part-qualified (AAT/ACCA) with at least 18 months of general practice experience. The role will be a mixture of:

• Statutory/annual accounts (limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders) both FRS102 and FRS105
• Management accounts and VAT returns
• Some statutory audit work as part of the audit team

A good working knowledge of Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks would be advantageous. The firm can offer study support if required and external training/ongoing CPD.

This is a full time permanent position. Salary is dependent upon experience but likely to be in the £24-27k range.
