Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Site Manager, Operations Manager and the depot admin teams by providing an administrative service in the area of depot administration. To ensure that the administrative processes that support the depot operation are maintained to a standard of excellence and operated in line with company policy.

This will be a varied and challenging role as you will be involved in, and provide administrative support, across all aspects of Depot Administration to include:


  • Depot Personnel
  • Self Employed Owner Drivers
  • Finance Reporting
  • Ops Office Support
  • General Administration
  • Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested by Site Management

About You

To be considered for this role you must be passionate about wanting to start a career in Business Administration and have the dedication and desire to complete the Business Administration Apprenticeship

A GCSE Grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in math and English is required.

Ideally you will be a great team player who will be keen to embrace our core DPD DNA values of Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Hard Work and Accountability as our DNA is at the heart of everything we do.

In return we can offer you a salary that is above the required Apprentice pay rates.

Weekly Wage: Level 3 & 4 pay structure.

  • Year 1: £12,000 (£6.15 per hour)
  • Year 2: £13,700 (£7.54 per hour)
  • Over the age of 21: £15,990 (£8.20 per hour)
  • Over the age of 25: £17,004 (£8.72 per hour)
