This is an exciting opportunity to come and join the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Complaints Department, to deliver a compassionate and high quality service to patients and relatives who have had cause to complain.
We are looking for an individual to provide comprehensive administrative assistance for our Complaints Team based in Stobhill Hospital. This is an excellent role, particularly for an individual with good communication and people skills. You will often be the first point of contact for complainants, who may be distressed or upset, so kindness, discretion and tact are key attributes required.
The hours are worked; 09:00 – 17:00
