Job Description

You will work within a small, friendly team and will be provided with the necessary tools to succeed in the role, as well as ongoing support beyond your initial, comprehensive training.

Main Duties and Responsibilities include

  • Help support the general running of the office
  • Supporting multiple departments
  • Flexible and supportive
  • General Admin Tasks
  • Data Input
  • Scanning & Filing
  • Creating Sales Orders
  • Printing Delivery notes
  • Ordering Supplies
  • Keeping traceability data updated

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday 7am – 3:30pm, Friday 7am -12:30pm


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Enthusiastic. Strong organizational skills. Keen to learn. Determined & need little direction. Confident with IT. Good communication skills. Attention to detail. Work efficiently towards deadlines. Ensuring your job gets done to the highest of standards.
