Following up on orders, shipments, delivery schedule, etc.
To negotiate rates and transport schedules, organizing export paperwork & documentation
Making sure that all invoices are correct and in line with agreed conditions
Keeping the company’s databases (CRM) updated by gathering information and data from clients
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of Import or Export Sales advantageous. Background in FMCG advantageous (especially fresh food). Flexible & keen to take on new tasks & responsibilities in a small office. Excellent telephone manner along with interpersonal & communication skills. Computer literate and able to use sales order processing systems. The ability to make decisions and maintain excellent organization in the workplace.
