Job Description

We are looking to recruit to an 18.75 hours per week post. Hours will be worked flexibly in line with service demand (availability can be discussed at interview).
You will support the service with general and financial administrative tasks including the co-ordination of recruitment paperwork for volunteers joining the service. You will have administrative experience gained through working within a busy office or social care environment.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be comfortable working with Microsoft Office packages including Excel and be able to create spreadsheets and deal with numerical information. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills. You will have a relevant professional qualification at SCQF level 7 or equivalent experience.
