This is a temporary role for three months initially but could last longer.
This will be home based initially until restrictions allow for you to return back to the office environment, therefore you must be able to travel to the office location.
Main duties and responsibilities of this role will be:
Support wider functions of the business with administrative task to ensure the smooth running of the operation
Support with the creation of documentation as and when required
Ensure in house system is updated with all technical records
Providing support to other members of Admin team
Provide support with the testing of internal systems
Logging information of work carried out by Engineers
Upload documentation to Company Intranet
Data Entry
Providing reports and figures to management team
Support with recording of Attendance & Holiday records
Minute-taking and subsequent issue
Arranging meetings where required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
In this role you will use Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes so you must be an advanced user and be comfortable using excel independently.
