Logging/entering/ customer data via coins database.
Arranging/Coordinating Sub-Contractors to carry out remedial repairs via Customer Service Inspectors (CSI) / Customer Service Manager (CSM).
Viewing and assisting the CSM in reviewing the out of hours PCUK portal daily, maintaining portal information.
Supporting the CSM / monitoring Customer Service Departmental reports and KPI information.
Addressing all departmental incoming mail / email, logging in database.
Assisting with maintaining ‘Central Filing’.
Working with/communicating with all internal/external departments (Construction, Sales, and Technical).
Coordinating, CSI, confirming and arranging Customer Appointments.
Supporting CSM and CSI with defect notification correspondence to sub-contractors. Assisting CSM with invoice processing.
Supporting ordering materials via CSM / CSI.
Assisting coordinating internal trade diary.
Supporting the CSM with daily and weekly departmental tasks / NHBC communication.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience working within a house building environment would be an advantage. However full training will be provided. Clear communication / writing skills, with the ability to use positive language. Good time management skills / organized. Patience. Attentiveness / ability to listen.
