My client are passionate about delivering first class customer service and are keen to speak to hard working team players with experience of working in a Customer Service Administration role and who enjoy going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer care within agreed timescales and will also provide the production team with administrative support.
Keeping on top of all paperwork and remedial work associated with the customer you will create a master file for each property, ensuring accuracy of customer details and recording off all defects.
Liaise with Sales and Construction Departments to ensure they are kept fully informed of progress along the way. Liaise with suppliers to order materials and create and issue work instructions to subcontractors and liaise to monitor the progress of works.
Provide monthly customer service reports, including performance feedback to subcontractors and recommend appropriate actions for consideration.
Log and file all issues noted on quality assurance inspections and report on these within monthly customer service report.
Provide general admin support as well as diary management and setup of meetings.
Prepare and issue status reports weekly to site teams and have these checked and issued to senior management team, ensure all paperwork from sites is returned on time and filed appropriately.
Keep an accurate record of attendance for staff including details of working from home, annual leave, compassionate leave, appointments etc. and ensure that return to work forms are completed in a timeously. Collate monthly attendance and payroll information and provide to group admin and accounts.
Maintain training records for staff and ensure mandatory training requirements are up to date, booking courses when required. Order and supply equipment including site setup requirements, water coolers, uniforms, PPE and stationary.
Attend production meetings and record, issue and follow up agreed actions/minutes and provide monthly production reports to group admin in advance of group board meetings.
