Proactive oversight of the HQ site & coordination of meeting room bookings and activities.
Assume responsibilities for Health & Safety and Fire safety through coordination of the department Control Book Holders and established monitoring processes.
Liaison with PSSD to resolve issues promptly and ensure communication to on site staff as appropriate.
Undertake regular ‘housekeeping reviews’ to ensure that high standards are maintained on site with opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support the Site Manager in undertaking a review of accommodation usage on site and establish a monitoring process thereafter to maintain an accurate record of staff on site.
Take a lead role in the Site User Group and establish effective communication and engagement with sites users and nominated representatives.
