Job Description
  • Proactive oversight of the HQ site & coordination of meeting room bookings and activities.
  • Assume responsibilities for Health & Safety and Fire safety through coordination of the department Control Book Holders and established monitoring processes.
  • Liaison with PSSD to resolve issues promptly and ensure communication to on site staff as appropriate.
  • Undertake regular ‘housekeeping reviews’ to ensure that high standards are maintained on site with opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support the Site Manager in undertaking a review of accommodation usage on site and establish a monitoring process thereafter to maintain an accurate record of staff on site.
  • Take a lead role in the Site User Group and establish effective communication and engagement with sites users and nominated representatives.
