Job Description
  • Handling telephone inquiries with professionalism establishing their needs to ensure they are directed to the correct department/team member first time
  • Welcoming customers to the dealership making sure that they are assisted in a caring and pleasant manor
  • Maintaining customer facing areas, updating and maintaining the dealership diary and other general administrative duties
  • Movement of Vehicles when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
