Job Description
  • Assisting the Quantity Surveyors with contracts (binding and issuing the contracts; keeping contract log; scanning and filing)
  • Keeping Health & Safety filling structure; updating H&S matrix with leavers and starters
  • Placing stationery and consumable orders via Pablo system
  • Managing internal contact database (Argos) by adding and removing staff, making sure that the team updates their profile regularly
  • Creating and maintaining organizational chart for Project Managers
  • Assisting Project Director with meeting minutes, diary management, typing letters and collation documents for signing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent MS office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). High standard written and verbal communication skills. Ability to priorities workload according to demanding deadlines. Proactive approach, with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Experience of Document management systems, in particular P4. Previous experience in construction / engineering environment.
