• Processing a range of financial transactions into accounting system;
• Setting up payments on the banking platforms;
• Bank reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation;
• Preparation of VAT and Corporate tax returns;
• Assisting with completion of investor queries;
• Assisting with preparation of periodic management accounts;
• Assisting with preparation of quarterly investor reports;
• Assisting with preparation of audited annual accounts;
• Assisting with year-end and audit queries;
• Data Management System control, source document and checklist administration;
• Following firm’s risk management and quality control procedures at all times

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Part Qualified/Studiers with minimum 1-2 years finance experience Strong educational background with a desire to work in Financial Services Strong Excel and analytical skills Highly attentive to detail Ability to concisely and clearly present information to both financial and non-financial team members within a client facing environment Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise and manage deadlines within a dynamic and changing environment Driven, proactive with an ambitious working ethos Strong communication skills Good inter-personal skills and a collaborative approach who will be helpful and willing to support wider team.
