Job Description

The Role:

- Processing tasks/accounts accurately in an efficient manner by agreed deadlines
- Daily Inbox Management including triage to Document Management system 
- Inbox Management for Inward Proportional Treaty & Non Proportional Treaty
- Collaborating with Claims Department on Inward Proportional treaty claims (inc event tracking)
- Accurately processing technical accounts onto the Underwriting system 
- Updating the system with accounting and payment information within agreed timeframes
- Collaborating with Internal and external clients to resolve any queries or technical issues
- Producing Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reports as part of the close process and learn to analyze

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Understanding of general insurance and reinsurance principles is essential - Broking house experience – looking for company exposure/experience - Good technical skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines - Knowledge of Property, Casualty, and Marine business classes desirable but not essential - Understanding of Genius and SAP Accounting system - Excel skills at intermediate Level is essential (Pivot tables & Vlookup formula) - Knowledge of Imageright is desirable but not essential
