Job Description

As a highly experienced civil construction manager you will be at the forefront of a major, £55m highways capital works development in North Devon, as part of this programme you will oversee critical aspects of the development such as the major earthworks, junction improvement schemes, and road resurfacing and widening. Your day to day duties will include management of the work force and sub contractors, site inspections, maintaining the high quality of work required, and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocol.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful applicant must have substantial and comprehensive experience in civil construction and major highways developments at a senior management level, and the drive and ambition required to see through major works from inception to completion; maintaining the highest of standards and professionalism at all times.
