You will be a strong communicator with a real understanding on enacting business change across an enterprise business working closely with the technology team to deliver a complex programme of work on a core business system.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Commercial experience as a Business Analyst Extensive experience of process mapping within business change A thorough understanding of "as is" and "to be" process within business analysis A real passion for engaging with business stakeholders and managing them through the change process Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detailed documentation of your work Understanding of the "definition of done" Has worked in an Agile environment Interested in working for a tech for good business is a real bonus
