As a Senior Analyst, you will be taking lead across all projects you will be involved in. Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading marketing analytics projects to maximise engagement and lifetime value through forecasting and spotting new opportunities for growth
Identify key insights to enable accurate and actionable recommendations are being delivered across the business
Managing junior members in the team on leveraging and validating data across multiple datasets
Be comfortable speaking and engaging with key business partners and influencing decision making
Support in the road-mapping of analytical projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong proven SQL and Python/R skills in a telco environment Experience in mentoring and managing junior team members Data Visualisation skills using Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or Similar Skilled in analytical strategy development with a track record of success Background in Marketing or Customer analytics teams Excellent stakeholder management skills
