Job Description

We are looking for an experienced payroll administrator to join our busy team.

Working as part of a small friendly team, you will be supporting a busy payroll manager and will be responsible for processing weekly and monthly payrolls as part of our payroll bureau service. It is essential therefore that you are self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team.

You will have responsibity for an allocation of payrolls but will be expected to provide holiday cover when necessary. You will therefore have autonomy for your day to day work and will be expected to meet the various payroll deadlines.

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You should be a confident and clear communicator. You will have an eye for detail, basic office management skills, good numeracy skills and as you will handle sensitive information, naturally you will be required to be honest and discrete in your job. You should have experience of operating payrolls as part of a payroll bureau and experience of using IRIS Bureau Payroll software would be extremely helpful.
