Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
To take ownership of individual payrolls, processing weekly / monthly / Quarterly payrolls
Ensure accurate / up to date payroll and pension records
HRMC returns
Process client BACS payments
Deal with internal and client queries by telephone or email
Complete payroll journal for posting to Nominal Ledger
Maintain up to date knowledge of payroll and Auto Enrolment
Create internal and external reports on request
Monthly payroll reconciliation
Managing online portals, starters & leavers
