Job Description

This role would suit a Payroll Administrator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a job where no day is the same! In order to be considered, you must have a passion for Payroll as well as personal development.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • To take ownership of individual payrolls, processing weekly / monthly / Quarterly payrolls
  • Ensure accurate / up to date payroll and pension records
  • HRMC returns
  • Process client BACS payments
  • Deal with internal and client queries by telephone or email
  • Complete payroll journal for posting to Nominal Ledger
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of payroll and Auto Enrolment
  • Create internal and external reports on request
  • Monthly payroll reconciliation
  • Managing online portals, starters & leavers

The following experience: Payroll Clerk / Payroll Administrator / Accounts Administrator / Finance Administrator / Payroll Admin / Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills Experience of working within a Payroll Bureau is essential
