This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, well organised, dynamic and enthusiastic administrator to work in within the team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Endoscopy Unit. You should possess the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
This is a pivotal role and we are looking for someone with excellent customer care skills, enthusiasm, a flexible approach and a professional attitude. You will be expected to have excellent communication and customer service skills with experience in using computer systems. Good keyboard skills are essential for the post and you should possess a current working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Some receptionist experience is desirable for this role.
You will be liaising with internal and external staff on a daily basis face to face and via the telephone. You should possess a friendly and approachable manner, be able to work calmly under pressure and demonstrate an awareness of confidentiality issues. You will need to have excellent people skills; excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a busy, challenging environment and have a positive approach to change.
