We are seeking a highly motivated and committed individual to join our team. Reporting directly to an Operations Officer within the HN & VQ Operations team you will assist in providing support and guidance to internal and external (new and existing) stakeholders by:
Building and maintaining effective relationships to ensure a high level of customer service
Responding to queries and providing advice and guidance regarding SQA policies and procedures
Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately, timeously and within our service level agreement (SLA) timeframes
To make a contribution to sharing ideas, knowledge and best practice to bring about business improvement
Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to us Level 6 (SVQ 3 or Higher) and/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge and/or experience of MS Office. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Customer support experience.
