You will be the first point of contact for the Engineers, Contractors and Customers. It is therefore pivotal that you have strong communication skills and can balance multiple responsibilities whilst remaining business focused under pressure.
How the job will look: -
Responsible for facilitating all internal tasks required to enable the engineers to carry out their job efficiently
Coordinating all PPM & remedial works for customers
Data entry and ensuring records are up to date and accurate
Preparation, renewal and monitoring of maintenance contracts
Liaising with engineers regarding works and customer requirements
Creating and issuing client quotes
Processing orders and arrange delivery to site
Dealing with invoices and arranging payment
This is a full-time permanent position and the hours of work are 9-5 Mon to Thurs with an earlier finish on Friday - parking is available on site.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have: - A pro-active approach to customer queries. Strong communication skills and confidence to chase for outstanding data. Advanced use of Microsoft MS applications - especially Excel. Experience within the Electrical industry desirable. Familiarity with using SimPro or similar Job Management Software. Previous employment history in a service or maintenance arena.
