This is a fantastic position that will allow you to combine both administrative skills with people skills. We want someone who is keen to start an administration career and is looking for their first step on the career ladder. You will be working in the HR function of a leading learning disability charity.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the recording, tracking and reporting of HR data such as absence, recruitment and turnover information using both Excel and the In-house HR Software
Administrative support for HR projects using Microsoft packages including Word and Outlook
Supporting the delivery of a HR Administration service using the organization’s intranet
Be a point of contact and providing support with recruitment enquiries and responding in a timely and accurate manner
Minute taking and distribution of minutes relating to forums and meetings

Salary: £7,156 (salary will be reviewed and increased on completion of your apprenticeship).
