Job Description

You will be part of a successful support team that works directly with the financial planners.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for client queries, regularly speaking to clients and providers both over the phone and in written form. You will be trained in various roles within an IFA office including valuations, processing new business and renewals.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in an administration position within financial services, ideally within an IFA practice or a product provider. Your attention to detail will be first class, and you will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage high volumes of work.
