Job Description

The role will predominately be home based, but the odd day in the office will be required.To provide comprehensive and flexible PA support to the Legal Director and the Legal Team


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The candidate will have strong PA experience carrying out similar duties as follows: Manage telephone calls for Legal Director. Diary Management and prioritizing diary commitments. Administrative support for Board Meetings. Prepare presentations using PowerPoint. Manage and maintain holiday records for Legal Director and Legal Team. and update diaries and spreadsheet accordingly. Adhoc admin support for the Legal Team. Travel booker coordinator. Organize legal meetings and conference calls internally and externally. Manage/arrange stationery requirements keeping fully stocked and maintain up to date records. Deal with IT issues and requests via SRM. Deal with Legal Director's expenses, arrange authorization and payment. Binding packs, reports and presentations etc. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience of working within senior management environment. Effective problem-solving skills - resourceful - self starter. Excellent keyboard/IT skills including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.
