Job Description

This is an exciting time of development for the company given their ambitious expansion targets and as result their Property Department is looking for a motivated Property Administrator to join the team dealing with the administration of all property expansion projects throughout the store development life cycle.

The Role
* Assisting the Property team with ad hoc tasks and data analysis
* Providing administrative support to the Department
* Managing the property and contract information systems, and ensuring good data quality
* Communicating with our regional Property Offices
* Producing regular reports and maintaining trackers
* Managing the department email inbox
* Processing invoices
* Maintaining the Property archive & logging documents

Your profile
* A genuine passion for performing administrative tasks effectively, efficiently and to a high standard
* To have ideally worked for a Housing Association or similar organisation in the past
* Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
* A motivated and proactive team player, with a can-do attitude, who is also capable of working independently
* A strong multitasker who has the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines & varied workload
* Good communication, literacy and numerical skills
* Organised with strong time management skills
* Good Excel skills and experience of working with other Microsoft Office programmes (e.g. Outlook and Powerpoint)
