They are looking for a hardworking and motivated Digital Administrator Apprentice to join their busy team in Glasgow City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with clients and candidates when entering the premises for interviews or training
Answer all incoming calls in a confident and professional manner & managing phone system to pass on calls to relevant consultants
Ensure compliance documents are checked and filed in CRM system
Managing, updating and running reports from our specialized CRM system
Managing electronic updating of files
Email messages to consultants as and when required
Sending out mailers on behalf of consultants
CV formatting & reference checks
Any other duties as and when required
Additional Information:
Salary: £12000 per annum with an Increase on completion of apprenticeship
