In addition to this you must be able to provide administration support to the admin team. We provide services to the lettings industry and you must be able to converse with people at all levels. An ability to multi-task and a keen attention to detail are a must.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must have proven experience in this type of role. You will be required to handle all orders and enquiries from the web and directly to us by telephone. You will be booking appointments and managing surveyors diaries. A knowledge of the roads in Scotland and general geography would be a great asset. You must have a proven track record in administration and a high level of written & spoken English. You must have a good level of computer skills and be fully conversant with all the major software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
