As a Charge Nurse you will have previous experience in a similar setting as a nurse, and have excellent knowledge in healthcare and managing people. You will be leading the nursing team, ensuring procedures are being followed and a safe environment is maintained.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Have a relevant nursing Qualification. • Evidence Personal learning and development. • Offer service user centred care. • Be a team player. • Be self-motivated • Possess leadership skills and management of people skills. • Have experience within a leadership/management capacity. • Ideally have experience of working in a CAMHS or Eating Disorders setting.
