Due to an increase in workload, my client is seeking an experienced temporary Payroll Administrator to join them on a temporary basis starting ASAP. You will be working within a hardworking and dedicated Finance team, where you will be responsible for processing the weekly payroll.
The role:
Starter and Leaver processing
Processing changes to employment and personal details
Processing Statutory Sick Pay and Occupational Sick Pay
Processing Maternity and Paternity Pay and Leave
Payroll calculation
Completing weekly and monthly reports
Resolving employee queries
General administration
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience working within a Payroll department AAT qualified Previous experience of liaising with customers Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Strong communication and organisational skills Able to pick up new systems and procedures quickly
