Job Description
  • As the new Payroll Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting the Payroll Manager with preparing the monthly payroll

* Setting up new starters and leavers

* Liaising with the HR Team for payroll changes

* Checking and enter correct information for employees onto the payroll system

* Checking tax codes and deductions

* Calculating holiday pay, sick pay, maternity pay etc

* Assisting employees with pay and timesheet related queries

* Issuing P45's and other tax forms


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful Payroll Administrator will have a proven track record of working in a payroll department with strong IT skills and an ability to work to deadlines. An accountancy or payroll qualification is not essential but would be an advantage
