What you will be doing?

You will support the Recruitment Business Partner to carry out the recruitment strategy, and focus your work on being in line with the overall People Strategy and Business Plan.

On a typical day you may be sourcing and connecting with potential candidates, looking at innovative new ways of attracting people into hard to recruit roles or areas. You will manage the end to end interview process from pre-selection, booking interviews, selecting assessments and providing feedback.

What we are looking for?

Ability to write high quality adverts
Knowledge and understanding of clinical, criminal justice or employment services recruitment
Working knowledge of using a simple ATS
Digital recruitment experience
A thorough understanding of employment legislation
