Job Description
We are looking for someone highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail to embrace this multifaceted and demanding role.
Current key responsibilities include:
- Skills Development Scotland Funding System Administration
- Awarding Body Administration including registration and certification
- Assessor communication re candidate recognition prior learning
- Auditing, updating files and updating trackers
- Welcome Induction scheduling, Invites and Follow Ups
- Circulation of certificates
- Creation of training booklets and manuals
- Assisting in the fund claiming process
- General administration as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for an experienced Administrator. This is a multifaceted and demanding role, which requires a high level of organizational skills and a methodical approach towards work. Attention to detail is key with the ability to priorities tasks and work to tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential and the ability to build effective working relations across all departments in the organization. We are looking for competent IT users with a developed understanding of Excel and Word.
